Fancy Friday Blog Hop- Mr. Funny Bones & Dog Treats (Video Tutorial)

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Fancy Friday Blog Hop! This month's theme: Holidays!

Well, you all know I am up to my neck in Halloween! So, today, I bring you another Halloween project I created for this Saturday's craft fair.
Let me first show you my models, Mac and Charlie, showing off these cute Doggie Halloween Treats! You have NO idea how many times I had to try before I got this picture. These two are Cray- Cray (and in desperate need for a visit to the groomer!) They normally help themselves to treats they find in my office, so to get them to sit still for a minute long enough to get a picture was a miracle! ha!

I was inspired by Sue Plote's little doggie treats she recently showcased on Instagram. I knew I had to make something similar for this particular craft show. Lots of people bring their little dogs to this show.

Mr. Funny Bone's to the rescue again! I am getting miles out of this stamp set, I tell ya! And these are our new Gussetted bags. Love them! They are the perfect size!

I made a tray full! I plan to sell them for $5 each. Hopefully they are a big hit!
Or these two will be getting plenty of treat leftovers!

And I made you a quick video so you can make some for the puppies in your life too!

Halloween Candy Matchbooks featuring Jar of Haunts (Video)

Hey everybody! I've got a new Halloween project for you today. I found these super cute Jelly Belly candies on Amazon and decided to design a project around them.

They are so cute and yummy! I ended up ordering a second batch after I made the first set. I used the precious Jar of Haunts to create the covers.

I can't quite decide which one I like the best...

And I made you a video so you can make them too! Enjoy!

Mediterranean Achievers Blog Hop September- Thankfulness

Hello everyone and welcome to this month's Mediterranean Trip Achievers Blog Hop! I love this hop each month and I hope you do too! This month;s these is Gratitude. Easy Peasy!! I am always making Thank You cards. I have so many thank you to send out, almost daily it seams! I decided to do a little over the top with this card. I held nothing back and just played with my tools!

I have to tell you this card is inspired by a wreath I asked a friend to make recently. Her name is Katie and she is the owner of Pink Bluebonnet Wreaths. She lives here locally, but she ships her GORGEOUS wreaths all over the country. This is the wreath she made for me.

When I was driving home with my beautiful wreath sitting in my front seat, I kept thinking how it would make such a pretty card! I was going to do a wreath on the card front, but ended up going a different way using the basket from Basket of Wishes.

The flower arrangement features lots of die cuts. The flowers are from Botanical Builders. I cut five for each flower. The colors I used are Pumpkin Pie and Cherry Cobbler. I added Epoxy Stickers in the same color to the center of each flower. The rest of the foliage was cut using Thinlits from Pretty Pines Collection. I used Garden Green and Cajun Craze.

This card has a lot of dimension.. HA! Like, I don't think it would mail in a regular envelope!! But, that's what makes it super fancy, right!? :-)

For the inside, I went a little crazy too... But fun, right? These stamps are all from Banners For You. I used all the same colors as the front plus Early Espresso.

I hope you like my over the top crazy card! Now, who should I send it too??? I have so many wonderful people in my life who deserve a fancy card like this!

Alright, it's time for you to hop around the globe! Enjoy your trip!

Hello Blog Hop- Paisleys and Poseys

Hello and welcome back to the Hello Blog Hop!

In sticking with our Holiday Catalog Theme, this time I decided to use the Paisleys and Posies Stamp Set.
I had an idea in mind and I decided to give it a try. We have some new DSP called Fancy First Specialty DSP. I wondered what it would look like with the paisleys embossed and then rubbed in navy. Well, it looks awesome! The  paper already has an image embossed don it, so not only did the embossed paisleys resist the ink, but so did the diagonal stripes on the paper! Fun!

I used Night of Navy and Real Red. I love this combo! So classic! I chose a sentiment from Love & Affections. The trim is the Real Red Sating Ribbon. I cut the edge off and pilled the fibers out.  Lastly, I used the Paisley Framelits to cut the red shape. Beautiful, isn't it?

Alright, your on to the next stop, back to the top, Sarah Berry!
