Vintage, again! HSS 131

Another Hand Stamped Tuesday is here! This week's challenge was TOUGH for me! If you know me, you know Vintage is not my normal style. So, this week's theme challenge really pushed me out of my comfort zone! Second time recently that I've been pushed out into the Vintage realm! And, I'm so glad because I love today's card!

My card is very simple and has only a tiny bit of stamping. This beautiful paper comes from the Fan Fair DSP collection.
I used Lovely and Lacey (again!) just to stamp a very light medallion in the left side. I tapped off most of the ink first. I then stamped Thank You in Island Indigo as well. I added the bow and bling and that's it! Everything else was already on the paper! So easy!

I hope you will hop over to Hand Stamped Sentiments and check out what the other designers did today for this week's Vintage challenge and then I also hope you will link up with us!

If you in San Antonio area, please mark your calendars for the Art Canvas class I am offering on September 2. The class is limited in size and filling up fast! Makes sure you RSVP today!

  1. Ok, so I am in LOVE with your "vintage style", I too struggle with this type of project and went the safe route- making something my grandmother would fall in love with... BUT I wish I had been daring enough to try something out of the box like this. SO COOL!!

  4. Awwe, I wish I could come to your class :) One of these days... Your vintage card looks great, I love that little hint of stamping behind the Thanks. So pretty! Erika
