Artisan Wow Wednesday Blog Hop- You Are My Sunshine

Welcome to Artisan Wow Wednesday Blog Hop!
You've probably just arrived here from Cindy Beach's Blog!
Isn't her stuff AWESOME!
This month's surprise box included the Parker' Patterns DSP. Love this paper! Especially the Daffodil Delight Chevron Print! OMG! I am going through this pattern like CRAZY!!

When I saw the single stamp release last month that included this You Are My Sunshine stamp, I knew I wanted to do a Sun layout. And, this paper from Parker's Patterns in perfect for it, don't you think?

I layered i with another pattern in the DSP pack. I also used one of the Naturals Buttons for the O and finished it off with some Island Indigo Twine.

The sun was really easy to make. I traced my lampshade for the large circle!! LOL! And the "rays"a re the banner framelit from the Hearts a Flutter Framelit set.  I kind of crinkled them a bit to get them to stick out and give the page some extra dimesnion. I also inked the edges.

Lastly, I added a few little Bees from the Collage Curious Curious Set This set is so fun and easy to incorporate in almost every project! They were punched out with the 1/2" Circle Punch.

Up next is the amazing Heather Summer's! Make sure to hop on over to her blog to see what wonderful things she is doing!
